Please abide to the customary dojo etiquette. For beginners and visitors, the most important points are outlined here:
Remove Hats, take off shoes, do not smoke or chew gum.
Remove earrings and all other jewellery before training.
Enter onto the mat only with clean, washed feet. A clean mat is a healthy mat.
Turn up on time.
2-3 minutes before the start of training, sit in a row in Seiza.
Conversation on the mat is impolite and disturbs the concentration of others. Should it be necessary to speak, keep it short and quiet.
Do not swear, curse, or become angry.
Paying the training fee punctually is also part of dojo etiquette.
